RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Void Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 14 days from the date you've purchased your order.

1. INITIATE A RETURN:

1.1 Submit a Return Request: Send an email to our customer service at support@voidstudio.store to request a return. Once your request is confirmed, we will provide you with the necessary information to ship the package back to us.

1.2 Prepare Your Package: Please ensure that the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging with the original product label tags. Include your order number, tracking number, and contact information with the package.

1.3 Ship Your Return: Use your preferred shipping method to send the package back to the address provided. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be at your own expense.

2. REFUND PROCESS:

Once we receive your return package and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

-Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for your original order.

-Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to be transferred to your payment account.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE

Swimwear, underwear, and custom items are non-refundable.

We cannot accept items that are sent back without prior return request confirmation.

The original shipping fee of your order is non-refundable.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we offer a full refund. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

4.1 Submit an Order Cancellation Request: Fill out the order cancellation request form on our website or send an email to our customer service team at support@voidstudio.store.

4.2 Refund Process: Once we receive your order cancellation request, we will promptly cancel the order and process a refund to your original payment method.
